Shipping

Our mission is to offer the fastest and most cost-efficient shipping possible. We currently ship to the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and worldwide. The general shipping rates apply to the Continental US only. For addresses in Alaska and Hawaii, a separate shipping charge will apply. Shipments outside of the US will be subject to international shipping rates. Due to item size, we cannot ship to PO Box or APO Box locations and must ship to a physical address. We cannot guarantee arrival times. Please refer to your tracking number or contact the carrier for more information on package tracking and delivery. It is possible you could experience a delay in shipping timelines.

Ground 3 to 7 business days (free shipping within Continental US only).

Shipping in the Continental US: Requires 1-2 day for processing.

Ship to Alaska and Hawaii: Requires 1-2 day for processing.

Express shipping is available for an extra fee in check out and charges are calculated by weight and location.

We will use UPS which strives to deliver your order within 10 days or earlier of purchase.

Duties & Taxes not paid on all orders

Due to different duties and taxes in each country, Younglingz LLC is not responsible for additional duties and/or taxes on international orders.

Insurance and or shipping claims

All our shipments are insured for your protection. You are responsible for providing us a correct shipping address. If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address, the goods might eventually be returned to us.In the unlikely event that goods are not returned to us,Younglingz LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the shipping carrier about any loss or delivery disputes. The purchaser is encouraged to dispute any credit card charges with their Credit Card Company for undelivered merchandise. Doing so allows time to work with the shipping carrier, your local authorities, and insurance company regarding any matters of theft. If you don’t love it, send it back! You’ve got 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return the item, and if it doesn’t work for your family, send your unused product back in its complete, original packaging and contents for a refund.  What does unused mean? Give it a try in your home, just don’t use it on the ground or on-the-go.

All purchases through our website are subject to product availability. We may limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, or jurisdiction. Prices for our products are subject to change, at Company’s discretion. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of shipping charges. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders. In addition, if we believe an order is false or fraudulent, we reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities.

For online orders, we accept payment by Authorize.net which are subject to their own terms of use. If a payment is not successfully settled due to invalid payment method, declined credit, expiration, insufficient funds or otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Orders are shipped only after receipt of full payment. For certain payment methods, you may be charged a processing fee, foreign exchange/translation fee (for international orders) or other fees; you are solely responsible for the payment of any such fees. Company is not responsible for any charges, errors or losses that may result from any payment method used by you for the purchase of our products.

Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other coupon code, or any other promotional or wholesale discount.

At Younglingz LLC, we make innovative, high quality products for children. We warrant this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of 90-days from the date of initial purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase). If such a defect is discovered during the limited warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace your product.

This limited warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident, cosmetic issues and normal wear and tear.  (Examples of cosmetic issues and normal wear and tear include but not limited to: LED wheels fail to illuminate, scratches, velcro strap, and lock).

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts; therefore, the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

THE CUSTOMER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE LIMITED AS SPECIFIED HEREIN TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT OUR SOLE OPTION. IN ANY EVENT, RESPONSIBILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.

Some states do not allow an exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, therefore, that limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state or province to province.
